Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Denmarks domestic orders are shipped within 1 day by Post Danmark.

International orders are shipped via Post Danmark Airmail. International mail usually arrives in 6-10 days. Outside of the European Union it usually takes around 1 week for them to get to you, could be even 2 (sometimes longer, sometimes less), in very rare cases 3-4 (due to customs). All items will be shipped 1 day after purchase. Shipping days are all business days. Over weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

If your box weighs up to 2 kg and length + width + height = max 90 cm I will send it as a letter in form of a box. Bigger and/or heavier items will be sent as parcels.

I do combined shipping to. Let me know if You wish to buy more then one item and I can give you the price. I have special combined shipping price for Nordic and EU countries!

Internationally:

Shipping is calculated by the weight and cardboard size. I use PostNord Denmark and GLS as carrier.

Internationally in Europe:

  • 250g - 5 Euro

  • 500g - 10 Euro

  • 5000g - 42 Euro

Domestic in Denmark:

  • 250g - 36 kr

  • 500g - 45 kr

  • 1000g - 54 kr

  • 2000g - 54 kr

  • 5000g - 60 kr

 

 

 

I do my very best to wrap all your items very carefully so there isn´t any risk for damage. I will use lots of bubble wrap and other material to ship it safely.

To keep your costs as low as possible and to be environment friendly I ship in used boxes and maybe I also use used wrapping material.

I do not take any responsibilities fore lost packages.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Its very important for me to know that you got what you expected and what I presented. If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives you may return the item at your own cost for a full refund or exchange. Don't hesitate to contact me for return posting details. 
If an item turns up damaged I cannot be held responsible but will do what I can to help. Shipping costs are never refunded by me. I can assist on reclaiming your shipping costs from the postal service.

CERAMIC INSURANCE

Insurance, while not required, is highly recommended. I do pack extremely well, but as we all know bad things can happen in transit. Please be aware that I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during shipment if insurance was not purchased. Send me a email or convo for exact price for insurance.
